What we collect
Account details (email, handle, company), connected social/channel data for verification, campaign and deal activity, and usage analytics. For attribution, we process on-chain interactions tied to campaign links.
How we use it
To run the marketplace: verify audiences, match briefs, process escrow and payouts, report attribution, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data.
Sharing
Between counterparties on a deal (a brand sees the KOL's proof profile; a KOL sees the brand's brief). With processors (hosting, payments, analytics) under contract. When required by law.
On-chain data
Wallet addresses and on-chain activity used for attribution are pseudonymous and may be publicly visible by nature of the blockchain. We link them to your account only for reporting.
Retention
We keep data while your account is active and as needed for legal, tax, and dispute purposes, then delete or anonymize it.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your data. Email people@kolio.io.
Security
We use industry-standard safeguards. No system is perfectly secure; report concerns to us promptly.
